In case of cancellation more than 60 days before arrival, we will refund the total amount except for the 1.4% payment fee. In case of cancellation between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival, we will refund 50% of the total amount, excluding the 1.4% payment fee. In case of cancellation within 30 days of arrival, no refund is possible.

The tenant is obliged to insure the rented premises. He has to check whether his main residential contract provides for the extension of the holiday rental (holiday rental). If not, he must contact his insurance company and ask for the guarantee to be extended or take out a special contract, under the "holiday rental" clause. A certificate of insurance will be requested upon entry into the premises.

The inventory of fixtures and the inventory of furniture and various equipment are made at the beginning and end of the stay by the owner or his representative and the tenant. If it is impossible to carry out the inventory on arrival, the tenant will have 72 hours to check the posted inventory and report any anomalies to the owner (for stays of less than or equal to 4 days, the 72-hour period is reduced to 24 hours). After this period, the rented goods will be considered as free of damage at the entrance of the tenant. A contradictory inventory of fixtures on departure must be drawn up. The tenant accepts that this inventory of fixtures can be carried out either with the owner or his representative. If the owner or his representative finds any damage, he will have to inform the tenant within a week.

The amount of the security deposit is 1000€. 7 days before the arrival of the tenant on the premises, the owner will carry out a request for authorization of withdrawal by credit card within the limit of the amount of the guarantee deposit. This request for direct debit authorisation will be lifted 7 days after the tenant's departure. In the event that this request for authorization could not work, for any reason whatsoever, the tenant will have to provide the owner on his arrival on the premises the amount of the security deposit in cash.

The landlord is entitled to demand payment from the tenant for the purpose of restoring the premises. The amount of these deductions will have to be duly justified by the owner on the basis of the inventory of fixtures, bailiff's report, estimate, invoices... If the security deposit is insufficient, the tenant undertakes to complete the sum on the basis of the receipts provided by the owner. This security deposit can in no case be considered as participation in the payment of the rent.

It is forbidden to smoke inside the rental. Late parties are not allowed. Animals are allowed. The tenant must specify to the owner the nature and the number of animals that accompany him.

The tenant will enjoy the rental in a peaceful manner and will make good use of it in accordance with the purpose of the premises. The rented premises are for temporary or holiday accommodation, excluding any professional activity of any kind whatsoever (maximum 3 months).

Under no circumstances may the rental benefit third parties, except with the prior agreement of the owner. Subletting is forbidden to the lessee, even free of charge, under penalty of termination of the contract; the full amount of the rent remains acquired or due to the owner.

The installation of tents or the parking of caravans on the grounds of the rented property is prohibited, except with the prior agreement of the owner. The number of tenants may not exceed the maximum capacity indicated in the reservation. Exceptionally and subject to the owner's agreement, this rule may be waived. In this case, the owner will be entitled to ask for an increase of 20€ per person and per day.

The tenant must leave the premises at the scheduled time or at a time convenient to the owner, after inventory of fixtures. Under no circumstances can the tenant claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the rental period initially planned by his reservation, unless the owner agrees.

On his departure, the tenant undertakes to return the furniture to its original place and to return the rental in a good state of hygiene. Any repairs of any importance, made necessary by the negligence of the tenant during the rental period, will be at his expense.
